Introduction to the LC-MS/MS Course

Liquid Chromatography Mass Spectrometry

The South African Association for Mass Spectrometry will be presenting a four day basic training course for Liquid Chromatography Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) from 19 to 22 February 2018.

The course will be presented by Prof Egmont Rohwer, Prof Duncan Cromarty and Dr Marietjie Stander, all experts in mass spectrometry from local universities and industry and will take place at the Quantum Hall of NMISA on the CSIR campus in Pretoria from 9:00 to 16:30 each day. Certificates of attendance will be presented to attendees. The cost has been reduced to R500 per day to accommodate all new users and potential users from any type of analytical laboratory and research institutions.

Mass spectrometry users interested in expanding into the fields of metabolomics, proteomics or lipidomics can attend the last day only (22 February 2018) at a cost of R500.
